Have YOU Started?

Since the blogpoll doesn't seem to want to work, let's try this the old fashioned way!

Have You Started Your Sweater Yet?
1. Ages ago! I hope to be the first one finished!
2. Does the Hem count?
3. Not technically, but I'm just about to cast on.
4. Nope--still waiting for yarn/needles/pattern.
5. What sweater?

  • It's not working for me. :(
But I'm not even close to starting. I still have miles of yarn to spin.

  • It wasn't working for me either.

  • I have my yarn, but I still haven't done a gauge swatch yet b/c I'd really like to get the project I'm working on now done (or at least close).

  • Still waiting for my yarn - KnitPicks sent me the wrong one, but they are sending the right one and I can keep the other ;-)

  • After a few false starts, I think I''m finally on the right track. I am past the armhole bind offs and I devided for the front and back.

  • I've got about 3" done--not exactly a lot, but at least it's progressing. I'm dreading all the recalculations to get to the short-rows to work, though, since my row gauge is so off...

  • I've just begun the center increase part. I should be starting the armhole bind off fairly soon...

  • I'm still stuck on getting needles. Hey, I'll order them today (I was waiting for my LYS to get them in).

  • Hem plus an inch or two.

  • Hem and a couple of inches... it's slow going for me.

  • I've just joined, so am heading out to my local Borders bookstore to buy the IK magazine and get directions.

  • I'm just about 1.5 inches up the body and I have my fingers crossed that I wont have to rip out.
